Water Soluble DTPA Chelated Iron (Fe)

SEQUESTAR 11% Fe DTPA is recommended for use on acid and mildly alkaline soils.

BRANDT SEQUESTAR 11% Fe DTPA is a fully chelated, water soluble, powdered form of iron DTPA and is recommended for the prevention and correction of iron deficiency in plants. The preferred use is as a soil application to prevent the deficiency although it may also be used as a foliar spray to provide correction when a soil application is impractical. Chelated Iron DTPA has a higher efficiency at lower dosage rates.

A key function of iron in plants is in the production of chlorophyll, a requirement for photosynthesis. A deficiency in iron makes plants produce less chlorophyll causing retarded growth.

The fertilizer comes in powdered form; dissolve it in water and proceed to use.  May be applied in water or in combination with most pesticides.

BRANDT SEQUESTAR formulations can withstand even the most challenging soil conditions, such as high alkaline calcareous soils. They also offer superior tank mix compatibility and will perform in complex tank mix situations, such as neutralized orthophosphate solutions.
