Brandt Plant Start 8-27-2 is a high Phosphorous solution formulated to aid in the growth of roots and assist plants in overcoming stressful conditions. Made from the highest quality nutrient sources, Brandt Plant Start 8-27-2 provides a quality source of quickly available nitrogen promoting healthy top growth while the Phosphorous and Potassium are readily available to ensure strong rooting.

Rate Recommendations:

Ornamentals:  Mix 1-2 quarts in 100 gallons of water and apply as a drench for seedlings and transplants.

Turf:  Greens and Tees - Newly seeded or grow-in — Use 1 quart per 10,000 sq.ft. in at least 10 gallons of water and repeat as needed. To deliver 1/2 lb of phosphorus per 1,000 sq.ft. — Mix 1 pint in sufficient volume of water and repeat as needed to enhance rooting. Hydroseeding — Mix at above rates with seed slurry mixture for ease of application.

Foliar Application: Use 2-4 quarts per 100 gallons of water. Cover foliage thoroughly to point of runoff.
