Water Soluble EDTA Chelated Zinc (Zn)
Zinc is an essential micronutrient for plants growth - an important component of various enzymes that are responsible for driving many metabolic reactions in plants. Growth and development would stop if specific enzymes were not present in plant tissue. Carbohydrate, protein, and chlorophyll formation is significantly reduced in zinc-deficient plants. Therefore, a constant and continuous supply of zinc is needed for optimum growth and appearance.
Brandt Sequestar 14% Zn is a fully chelated, water soluble, powdered form of zinc EDTA and is recommended for the prevention and correction of zinc deficiency in crops. The preferred use is as a soil application to prevent the deficiency although it may also be used as a foliar spray to provide correction when a soil application is impractical.
Chelated to maximize uptake and foliar absorption.
Sequestar 14% Zn is recommended for use on all types of soil, and is approved for sports turf and golf course applications.
