Jeff Rampino joins Golf Ventures Team

Jeff Rampino brings his years of agronomic experience to Golf Ventures, Inc., as the Central Florida Territory Manager, effective December 11, 2017. His knowledge of agriculture and turf, combined with customer service experience, are expected to grow the company’s presence in Orlando and the surrounding region.

Golf Ventures, Inc., is proud to announce the addition of Jeff Rampino to our sales team as Territory Manager for the Central Florida area. “Jeff has a strong agronomic background, and he has worked in the Orlando area. He’s well-liked, and he has hustle,” said Sales Manager Glen Thompson. “I’ve watched his career grow over the years, and he’ll help build our presence in the area, plus help me with my job.”

Rampino is certified in Turf Grass Management, as well as in Advanced Management. He has worked in the golf course industry since 2005, including positions as a golf course superintendent and in sales. He takes pride in solving agronomic issues and creating and supporting golf course maintenance programs that deliver better results at a lower cost. 

The position at Golf Ventures appealed to Rampino, because his background blends well with the vision for Golf Ventures. “Glen (Thompson) told me how he viewed the future at Golf Ventures and the desire to focus on agronomic solutions for clients, rather than just taking sales orders. That’s how I’ve positioned myself throughout my career, so it seemed like a good fit with a solid company.”
