Golf Ventures, Inc. had added CrossOver by Harsco Minerals to our product line of turf grass and landscaping products to clients throughout Florida and the Caribbean. This innovative product delivers granular calcium and silica to plants, which strengthens plants and increases disease resistance.
Jeff Rampino brings his years of agronomic experience to Golf Ventures, Inc., as the Central Florida Territory Manager, effective December 11, 2017. His knowledge of agriculture and turf, combined with customer service experience, are expected to grow the company’s presence in Orlando and the surrounding region.
The event was held at the Longboat Key Resort, with more than 60 turf professionals attending the morning session, which included presentations by Dr. Billy Crow (University of Florida), John Reilly (Longboat Key Resort), Andy Jorgensen (Top of the World), and Pat Skunda (Dunedin Blue Jay). Superintendents now have proven and safe alternatives to combat nematodes – Beyer Indemnify is available in Florida markets starting August 15th, 2016. Indemnify effectively controls key root-feeding nematodes of turfgrass including sting, root knot, and ring. Nimitz Pro G, released earlier in 2016, is also safe and highly effective in eliminating nematode problems.
Bradley Williams, a seasoned sales professional, has joined Golf Ventures Inc. as sales manager for the Central Florida region. A military veteran with degrees in sports management and personnel management, Williams bring a wealth of business development experience to the company.
Experienced golf and turf management professional Justin Baker has signed on to represent Golf Ventures Inc. in the southeast Florida region. Justin will be servicing customers in Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, and parts of Palm Beach County.
