He brings with him over 20 years of experience in the T&O industry.

Scott joined Golf Ventures in 2022 after 31 years in the turf industry.  He is a Class A Golf Course Superintendent,  certified Pesticide Applicator and is certified in Golf Course Best Management Practices.  Scott is a member of the GCSAA and well as several local chapters including the Suncoast GCSA, West Coast GCSA and Calusa GCSA.  Scott has an A.A. Degree from Gwinnett Technical Institute and has 25 years of continuing education  through both the national GCSAA and local chapters.

Dave joined the Golf Ventures in 2011 as irrigation sales manager and has transitioned into the T&O sales team and a territory manager. Dave is a former certified golf course superintendent with 35 years of experience in the golf industry. He is a member of FTGA, TCGCSA, PBGCSA and SFGCSA.

Mike joined Golf Ventures as a territory manager in 2015. Mike brings with him 30 years experience in the golf course industry and was recipient of the Enviromental Stewardship Award from GCSAA. His experience includes golf course superintendent, regional manager with background in construction, renovation and maintenance. Mike is a member of the GCSAA, FGCSA, FTGA and SRGCSA.

Alexander joined Golf Ventures in May 2021, and has a Doctorate and M.S. in Plant Health and Entomology from the University of Florida. He brings 8 years of education and field experience in T&O Agronomy ranging from insect, soil, and disease diagnostics and has experience working at sod, fruit, and ornamental farms. He specializes in building sound agronomic plans based on efficacy, budgets, and soil health. Alexander is a member of FTGA, FPMA and STMA.

Steve has been dedicated to golf course maintenance since 1988.  He landed his first superintendent job at Ironwood Golf Club in 1994, and held the same positions at Pompano Beach and Okeeheelee Golf Courses.  In 2009, Steve made a successful transition to the sales side, where he has developed a reputation for supporting superintendents in the South Florida area.  He is member of Palm Beach and South Florida GCSA and holds an A.S. Degree from Florida Gateway College in Golf Course Operations

Paul Joined Golf Ventures in 2023 with a B.S. in Horticulture and Turf Management from Kansas State University. With more than 15 years as a turf manager in minor league baseball, Major League Baseball, and commercial / agricultural sod production, Paul is well-equipped to develop solutions and strategies to help customers succeed. Additionally, Paul has an extensive background in the use of automation and robotics for the benefit of agriculture and landscape management programs. Paul earned his CSFM from the Sports Field Managers Association in 2014.

Scott joined Golf Ventures and formed a new international division of Golf Ventures, Inc. Scott has over 33 years’ experience in the international markets with emphasis on the Caribbean and Central America. Scott has organized, developed and grown international sales in these areas in the golf, turf, resort and commercial markets throughout his career. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and integrity to Golf Ventures and is a member of the Caribbean Hotel Association.
